USTFCCCA All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ...
Had a breakthrough season for the Athenas, moving up from 46th in the SCIAC Championships in 2022 to eighth in 2023, earning first-team all-league honors with a 22:54.8 ... Scored for CMS at the NCAA regionals and nationals, helping the Athenas finish first at regionals and earn the fourth-place trophy at nationals (just seven points out of first) ... Came in 73th at the NCAA Championships, the fourth Athena to cross the line, in 22:16.1 ... Was 13th at the NCAA West Regionals in 22:44.1 to earn all-region honors ... Finished 23rd at the NCAA Division III Pre-Nationals with a 22:34.4, then trimmed 18 seconds off that time at the NCAA Championships on the same course ... Had a PR for a 6K race with a 21:55.2 at the UC Riverside Invitational.

Finished in eighth place in the 10000 meters at the SCIAC Championships, crossing in 39:41.12 ... Had her PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with an 18:49.96 ... Finished second at both SCIAC Multi-Duals she competed in, with a 19:03.24 at Caltech and a 19:19.45 at CMS ... Ran in two races for the Athenas during cross country season, both on the Pomona-Pitzer course ... Ran a 25:03.0 in her debut race at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, then trimmed over 30 seconds off that time at the SCIAC Championships with a 24:29.3, earning a top-50 finish (46th). 

Prior to CMS
Attended Denver South High School in Colorado, where she was a distance runner ... Earned a top-20 finish (16th) at the Colorado 4A Region 3 Championships as a senior ... Qualified for the state championships, where she finished 54th ... Won the Denver West Angel Invitational ...
