2023-24 (Senior) - Cross Country
All-SCIAC Second Team ... Part of a seven-runner contingent that competed in the NCAAs for the Stags ... Earned a top-100 finish at the NCAA Division III Championships (95th) with a time of 25:41.3, helping CMS finish in 12th as a team ... Was 13th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:31.6, earning second-team all-league honors ... Came in 41st out of almost 400 runners at the NCAA DIII Pre-Natoinals in 25:42.3 ... Was 13th at The Master's Invitational with a season-best 24:36.7. 

2022-23 (Junior) 
Did not compete in track and field while studying abroad ... USTFCCCA All-West Region in cross country ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in six races dfuring cross country season, including representing CMS at the NCAA Regionals and NCAA Division III Championships ... Finished 33rd at the NCAA West Regionals in 25:32.9, earning all-region distinction ... Came in 146th at the NCAA Division III Championships in 26:18.9 on a snowy, frigid course in Lansing, Michigan ... Began the year with a sixth-place finish at the 6K Redlands Invitational in 18:42.0 ... Was 51st at the UC Riverside Invitational (against a largely Division I field) with a 24:34.2, which ranked him tenth in CMS history at the time ... Was 70th out of 405 runners at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a 25:06.5. 

2021-22 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Scored in the 10000 meters at the SCIAC Championships with a sixth-place finish in 32:15.28 ... Had a PR in the 5000 of 14:47.73 set at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Finished sixth in the 5000 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by CMS on April 2, and was third in the first SCIAC Multi-Dual at La Verne on March 5 ... Competed in four races for the cross country team ... Earned 25th at the SCIAC Championships out of over 140 runners with a 25:45.7 ... Came in 11th place at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:32.5, a PR for an 8K race ... Ran a 25:43.2 at the DIII Pre-Nationals in Louisville to come in 57th against a national field of runners.   

2020-21 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished third at the FCIAC Cross Country Championships in 16:00 as a senior in 2019, helping Staples to the team title ... Came in 12th place out of 181 runners at the CIAC Division LL Championships ... Had a PR of 15:59.6 to come in fifth at the 2018 FCIAC Championships as a junior ... Captured the individual title in the 1000 meters at the FCIAC Western Division Indoor Track and Field Championships as a senior in 2020 ... Earned eighth place in the 3200 meters at the CIAC Combined Class LL Championships with a PR of 9:31.94 in his final outdoor track and field season as a junior in 2019.
