2021-22 (Senior)
All-SCIAC (1500) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (1500) ... NCAA Finalist (1500) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... Came in 12th place at the NCAA Division III Championships, earning his way into the finals with the eighth-best time in prelims ... Came in second place at the SCIAC Championships with a 3:51.59 to earn all-league honors ... Added a fourth-place finish in the 800 (1:53.78) to help CMS to the team title ... Set a new CMS record in the 1500 with a 3:46.99 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14, coming in sixth place ... Captured first place in the 800 at the final SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 1:55.38 ... Took first place in the mile at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet in 4:09.74 ... Also competed in five races for the cross country team ... Came in 27th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:58.0 ... Earned a 23rd-place finish at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational ... Had a PR of 24:59.5 at the UC Riverside Invitational for an 8K race.

2019-20 (Junior)
Competed in three meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Set a PR in the mile at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers, finishing eighth in 4:23.84 ... Was fifth in the 800 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual at Whittier in 1:58.53 ... Competed in the 4x800 and the DMR at the CMS Rossi Relays ... Had a strong showing at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships, earning a top-30 finish (29th) with a 26:29.2.

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Ran a PR in the 800 at the SCIAC Championships to earn a fifth-place finish with a 1:54.51 ... Had a personal-best time of 3:55.24 in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific on April 19 ... Came in second in the 800 at the final SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Occidental with a 1:55.69 ... Came in 69th place at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships with a 28:53.8.

2017-18 (First-Year)
Qualified for the finals of the 1500 meters at the 2018 SCIAC Championships with a 4:06.07 in the prelims, earning an eighth place finish ... Was ninth in the 1500 at the final SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by CMS with a 4:10.34 ... Was the 64th-place finisher at the 2017 SCIAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:33.8.
