2023-24 Track and Field (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... CSC Academic All-District ... Qualified for the finals in the 800 and the 1500 at the SCIAC Championships and finished sixth in the 800 and ninth in the 1500 ... Was second in the 800 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Was second in the mile at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet in 5:13.33. 

2023 Cross Country (Junior)
USTFCCCA All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... CSC Academic All-District ... Earned a top-100 finish at the NCAA Championships with a 22:24.2, helping the Athenas take home the fourth-place NCAA trophy ... Earned all-region honors by coming in 15th at the NCAA West Regional Championships at Riverside in 22:47.4 ... Ran a 22:50.3 on the same course at the SCIAC Championships to take seventh, earning first-team All-SCIAC honors ... Was 14th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with 22:24.9 ... Had a season-best time of 21:33.9 at the UC Riverside Invitational, coming in 44th place.  

2022-23 Track and Field (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Scored in two events for the Athenas at the SCIAC Championships to help CMS to the team title ... Was fourth in the 1500 meters in 4:44.85 and added a sixth-place finish in the 800 meters in 2:22.96 ... Finished in first place in the mile at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances meet to open the spring season ... Was third in both the 800 and the 1500 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Had a PR in the 1500 of 4:39.76 at the Occidental Distance Carnival to place sixth.

2022 Cross Country (Sophomore)
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Earned first-team All-SCIAC honors with a ninth-place finish at the league championships (22:21.2), clinching the team win for the Athenas ... Earned All-West honors by coming in 17th at the NCAA Regional Championships in 22:27.5 ... Came in 105th at nationals in Lansing, Michigan in sub-freezing temperatures with a 23:29.2 ... Was 22nd out of 395 runners at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh in 21:45.0. 

2021-22 Track and Field (First-Year) 
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Scored in the steeplechase for the Athenas at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 11:55.13, good for fifth place, helping CMS to the team title ... Won the steeplechase at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual with a PR of 11:49.48 on April 16 ... Finished fourth in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual at the Burns Track Complex, breaking five minutes (4:59.22), and added a third-place finish in the steeplechase at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual on March 5 ... Was part of a 4x800 relay team that came in second at the Rossi Relays in 9:38.32 on Feb. 26. 

2021 Cross Country (First-Year)
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that competed for the Athenas at nationals, earning the highest finish in program history (second) ... Came in ninth place at the SCIAC Championships to earn first-team all-league honors, crossing in 22:27.3 ... Followed with a 22:39.1 at the NCAA West Regionals to earn all-region distinction ... Had a PR of 21:20.2 in a 6K at the UC Riverside Invitational to place 30th. 

Prior to CMS
Attended local Claremont High School, where she was a member of the cross country team ... Ranked as the fifth fastest junior in CA for the three-mile ... Placed 20th in D2 CIF State championships in 2019 ... Earned All-League in both Track and Field and Cross Country ... Scored for the 9th and 12th place team at NXN in 2017 and 2018 ... Academic All League in both Track and Field and Cross Country Athletic ... Helped team win D2 CIF State two years in a row in 2017 and 2018 ...
