2022-23 (Junior)
USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that earned a second-place finish at the NCAA Regionals and a 15th-place finish at nationals ... Earned 23rd at the NCAA West R in 25:10.4, taking home all-region honors ... Ran a 26:12.9 at the NCAA Division III Championships, coming in 124th ... Had a PR of 24:30.5 at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, finishing 23rd out of over 400 runners, and moving into eighth place in CMS history for an 8K race. 

2019-20 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Was 24th out of 132 runners at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships, finishing in 26:10.2, his best time of his rookie season ... Came in 22nd place at the UC San Diego Triton Classic in 27:11.3 ... Was seventh in the 1500 (4:09.03) during track season at the final SCIAC Multi Dual before the cancelation of spring sports.  

Prior to CMS
Attended LBJ High School in Austin, Texas, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Earned a second-place finish in the Texas state championships in the 1600 with a 4:15.68 ... Had a PR of 1:57.20 in the 800.

Attends Claremont McKenna ... Also a member of the CMS track and field team in the spring ... Favorite book is A Separate Peace by John Knowles.
