Matt, affectionately known as Salty for reasons unknown, is a junior at Claremont McKenna College studying applied math and economics.

He spent the past summer living, working, and running in the moist city of Washington, D.C. with fellow CMS runner Charlie Harris. Originally from the great state of Maryland, Matt is accustomed to the humidity and accompanying sweat of the East Coast, and is accordingly a strong supporter of the West Coast, Best Coast mantra.

His likes include Frary, electronic music, and pumpkin pie. His dislikes include adult scooters and Davis, California.
