On Court: Rated as high as 166 nationally and 1 in the Pacific Northwest on tennisrecruiting.net and was a four-star recruit during sophomore and junior years...played #1 singles all four years for Westview High School...favorite junior tournament was 16s Intersectionals in Shreveport, Louisiana during summer between junior and senior year of high school...as a freshman debuted for the Stags at the ITA West Regionals in October where he upset 9th seed Charlie Werman of Chapman in three sets in his first collegiate tennis match...he fiinished 2-2 in four singles matches and then reached the doubles quarters with partner Freddie Simental...played in four other events outside of Regionals during the fall...was thrust into action in the spring, making his dual match debut against Brandeis on Feb 27...went undefeated in his first seven singles matches, playing at positions 4-6...also saw dual match action at #1 and #2 singles against Oxy, Cal Lu and Whittier...biggest win of the spring came at the 2nd round of the Ojai D3 event, where he came back to defeat Pomona-Pitzer's Jake Yasgoor 1-6, 7-6(3), 6-4...went 10-5 in singles dual matches and 4-3 in tournament play for an overall singles record of 14-8...played in three doubles matches in the spring, winning with Brenner at #3 vs Concordia, then competing in Pac Coast Doubles and the Ojai with Brenner and Shankar...had final doubles record of 3-3...as a sophomore lost in the opening round of singles at the ITA West Regionals and then rattled off five straight wins without losing a set to take the consolation title...partnered Rohan Shankar in two matches in the doubles event...played in eight singles dual matches in the spring at positions 3-6...surrendered no more than six games in any one match, going 7-0 with one unfinished match over a three-month span...fiinshed with an impressive 12-1 singles record overall...appeared in two doubles duals with Macey and Shankar, going 2-0 and earning a 2-2 doubles record overall.
