2016-  Played in every game in his first season for the Stags recording 25 catches for 289 yards and one touchdown. 

2015 – Played in all 11 games, making 10 starts at Davidson College (FCS)… Named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll…Finished the season with 224 yards off 18 catches and a touchdown… 3rd on the team in receiving yards.

2014 – As a freshman at Davidson College (FCS), Wheeler started in every game for the Wildcats…He finished the year with 27 catches for 249 yards and a touchdown …He had by far his best game against Stetson (10/25), where he recorded 8 catches for 106 yards)…4th on the team in receiving yards (249).

High School: Team Outstanding WR…Selected to Shriner All-Star Game…2x Academic All-Southern Conference…2nd Team All-Southern Idaho Conference…Two year starter and three year varsity player…National Honor Society
