In her first season in 2021, whe helped lead the CMS women's and men's cross country teams to top-10 finishes at nationals. In fact, the Athenas finished in second place, just two points out of first, for the highest-ever finish in program history, while the Stags came in sixth. The distance runners included six All-Americans, four Athenas (Meredith Bloss, Natalie Bitetti, Riley Harmon and Emily Clarke) and two Stags (Henry Pick and Stevie Steinberg), while Pick's third-place finish featured the fastest time in CMS history by over 40 seconds.

During track season, she coached Meredith Bloss (indoors), Henry Pick and Emily Clarke to All-America honors. The Stags set school records in the steeplechase (Adam Wilkinson), the 1500 (Daniel Sealand), the 5000 (Stevie Steinberg) and the 10000 (Stevie Steinberg), while Bloss added a CMS record in the 10000 for the Athenas.

Snincsak came to CMS already familiar with SCIAC competition after spending four years as a cross country and track and field runner at Redlands from 2013-17. While competing for the Bulldogs, she earned the SCIAC Celia Peterson Character Award and earned induction into the Phi Sigma Honors Society as a biology major, finishing with a 3.944 grade point average.

Following her graduation from Redlands, Snincsak went on to earn a nursing degree from CSU San Bernardino, where she was awarded with Department of Nursing honors after graduating in 2020, once again with a GPA over 3.9. During that time, she also was employed as a nurse technician at Ballard Rehabilitation in San Bernardino.

While pursuing her nursing degree, she also earned her first coaching experience while serving as an assistant with her alma mater, assisting Redlands during the 2017-18 season. In her role, she managed practice sessions, assisted with recruiting, and developed individualized workouts and health and recovery sessions with her student-athletes.

In her one season on the Redlands coaching staff, both the men's and women's track and field teams finished in second place in the SCIAC at the 2018 league championships, with the women's team going on to place 13th at the NCAA Championships and the men's team earned 15th place. During cross country season, Maria Ramirez earned a top-100 finish (66th of 279) at the NCAA Championships.
