Bio

Matt Hollander is a sophomore Pre-Med student at Claremont McKenna College.  He competed in both cross country and track for the Stags during the 2008-09 year.  Although he battled lower leg injuries for most of the year, he was able to reach the 800 meter final at the SCIAC Championships where he finished sixth and contributed to the Stag team title.

Matt attended Marist High School in Eugene, OR.  He was a four year letterman in cross country and track.  He holds the school records in both the 800 and 1500.  He earned All-State honors multiple times in the 800, 1500 and 4 x 400 relay.  His parents are William and Maureen and he has two sisters, Sarah and Emily, and a brother, Ben.
