Bio
Dani McCree enters her fourth season as an assistant coach with the CMS women's volleyball team in the 2023-24 season.
A native of Rialto, California, McCree played collegiate volleyball in the SEC at Mississippi State, where she averaged over two kills per set as a senior playing outside hitter. She concluded her career with a personal-best 17 kills in a win over Tennessee, after having a season-high of 12 earlier in the year against South Carolina and a career-high of 14 as a junior against Alabama.
While in high school, McCree was a two-time Sunkist League Most Valuable Player at Summit High School and played for the Club West 18-Elite team, which was coached by current CMS head coach Kurt Vlasich
McCree graduated from Mississippi State with a degree in biological sciences.
