Coach John Goldhammer, Ryan Gibson (HMC ’03), Dianna Turner-Graves (CMC ’98), Ryan Gocong (CMC ’03) and Todd McKenzie (CMC ’88) have been selected as the newest members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics Alumni Association Hall of Fame.

CLAREMONT, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's track and field team earned All-Academic status from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association with a 3.55 team grade point average, while eight members of the Athenas captured All-Academic honors, the organization announced today.

DULUTH, Minn. - Former Claremont-Mudd-Scripps cross country/track and field runner Sara Mostatabi ('15) ran a personal-best time of 2:41:18 at Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, Minnesota, making her eligible to compete in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in February.

REDLANDS, Calif. - Junior Amanda Mell had a triple jump of exactly 12 meters (39'4.5") to break her personal best by almost a half-meter and improve from 33rd place all the way to a tie for fourth in NCAA Division III this season to highlight the performance of the CMS women's track and field team at the Redlands Final Qualifier on Thursday.

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Senior Morgan Blevins will be competing in her final SCIAC event this weekend, as the CMS Track and Field teams prepare to host the 2019 conference championships on Saturday and Sunday at the Burns Track Complex. As a distance runner, she has put a lot of miles into her training over the years, but her mileage pales in comparison to the astronauts she worked with while interning at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston this summer.
