Entering her junior season with the CMS swimming and diving program in 2021-22. 

2021-22 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Qualified for the finals of the 400 IM at the SCIAC Championships and earned an eighth-place finish in 4:40.35 ... Also qualified for the finals in the 200-yard breaststroke and came in ninth with a 2:26.41 ... Won the consolation heat of the 100 breast in 1:07.52 at SCIACs ... Swam a 2:13.13 in an exhibition swim in the 200 IM at the SCIAC Championships, which ranked 16th out of 40 swimmers ... Came in second in the 200 IM in a trimeet with Cal Lutheran and La Verne

SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Athenas did not compete due to COVID-19.

Prior to CMS
Attended Fossil Ridge High School in Colorado, where she was a member of the swimming and diving team ... Also competed for the Fort Collins Area Swim Team (FAST) ... Member of Fossil Ridge's state-qualifying team all four years of high school (2017-20) ... As a junior, swam in the finals of the 100 yard breaststroke, placing 19th with a 1:07.43 ... Scored on the Conference Championship teams from 2017-20 in the 100 Breast and 100 Fly, contributing to first place finish for FRHS all four years ... Helped Fossil Ridge High School to Colorado 5A State Championships in 2017 and 2018, and to conference championships all four years from 2017-20 ... Competed for FAST in Speedo Sectionals in Federal Way, WA, Iowa City, IA, and Mount Hood, OR ... Raced in Arena Western Senior Zones '16, '17, '18, and '19 ... In 2019, scored in the finals of the 200 Breast (2:47.25), 400 IM (5:16.08), 200 IM (2:30.64), and 100 Breast (1:17.71) ... Helped FAST earn Gold Medal Status (Top 20 Clubs in US) '16-'19 ... Board Member of Mu Alpha Theta ... National calculus honor society ...
