CMS controlled the game but just were not able to put one in the net during the regulation time. A few shots by Katelyn Faust and Elizabeth Augustine were just inches too high.

Goalkeeper Molly Freed only had two save opportunities and handled them beautifully.

The Athenas lead the SCIAC in all offensive categories. Sophomore Makella Brems leads the conference in goals scored while junior Darrah Shields has the most assists and shots taken. CMS has scored 26 goals during SCIAC play with the next highest scoring team, Cal Lutheran, at 19 goals.

The Athenas (11-4-1, 8-2 SCIAC) next face Occidental (7-4-1, 5-4-1 SCIAC) in Eagle Rock and then return home to play Redlands (6-5-2, 4-4-2 SCIAC) at 11 a.m.
