USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at the NCAA Regionals and Nationals ... Helped CMS to a sixth-place finish at nationals by coming in 102nd overall (fourth on the Stags) with a time of 24:51.6 ... Was 20th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:32.1 to earn all-league honors ... Followed that up with a 26th-place finish at the NCAA West Regionals to earn all-region honors in cross country for the first time in his career ... Finished 16th at the UC Riverside Invitational in 25:38.4 and 19th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:41.7.

SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Came in 37th place at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships in 26:45.0 ... Also had top 40 finishes at the Coyote Challenge (37th) and the UC San Diego Triton Classic (40th). 

2018-19 (Sophomore)
Track and Field All-American (steeplechase) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (steeplechase) ... All-SCIAC (steeplechase) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... Finished 29th at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:30.6 ... Had a top-10 finish by coming in sixth at the CSU San Marcos Cougar Challenge in 26:02.7 ... Was 15th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 26:40.5 ... Earned All-America honors with an eighth-place finish in the steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships in 9:15.31 ... Had a PR in the steeplechase at the Occidental Invitational with a 9:08.60 on May 11, moving into third all-time in CMS history.

2017-18 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Was 47th at the SCIAC Track and Field Championships in 27:59.2 ... Had a high finish of 45th at the Coyote Challenge ... During track season, came in fourth at the SCIAC Championships in the steeplechase in 2018 with a 9:22.46, just missing all-league honors ... Came in 15th at SCIACs in the 5000 with a 15:40.60.

Prior to CMS
Attended Lower Merion High School, where he was a member of the cross country and track teams ... Helped his teams to back to back league championships in cross country (2015, 2016) and a league championship in track (2017).

Personal
Attends Harvey Mudd College, where he majors in computer engineering (IPS) ... Ranks third in school history in the steeplechase for the track and field team.
