Bio
Adam Schulze is a sophomore at Harvey Mudd College. He plans to major in Computer Science (possibly with a joint major in math or engineering). Adam is from San Jose, California, where his parents, sister, and dog still reside.
Adam spent this summer in Claremont doing research with Harvey Mudd’s Computer Science Department, where he helped develop and promote a CS curriculum for middle school students. Outside of summer research he could be found running wash loops, enjoying Chef Ben Iten’s cooking, or observing the debate between Colin Adams and Collin Barraugh over whether their names should be spelled with one “L” or two.
After a year of running with CMS, Adam has learned that a long distance race is not won in the first 100 meters, and hopes to utilize this discovery to improve upon last year’s performances. This fall, Adam hopes to run 25:30 in the 8k, resist the urge to eat cookies at the dining halls, and figure out what he wants to do with his life. Let’s go Stags!
PR’s: 8k - 26:24, 10k - 32:30
