2023-24 (Junior) - Cross Country
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Was the highest Stag finisher (sixth) at the SCIAC Championships for the second year in a row, finishing in 25:05.5, earning first-team all-league honors ... Captured all-region honors with a 25:04.2 at the West Regionals ... Earned a top-100 finish (89th) at the NCAA Division III Championships in 25:38.0 ... Had a PR with a 24:34.3 at the UC Riverside Invitational, moving into the top 10 in CMS history (ninth) ... Was 24th at the NCAA DIII Pre-Nationals with a 25:27.6 ... Earned a top-10 finish against DI competitors at the Mark Covert Classic hosted by CSU Fullerton with a 24:42.4.  

2022-23 (Sophomore)
Finished ninth in the 5000 meters at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 14:54.13 ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 14:42.09 ... Had a personal best in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 3:54.66 to come in eighth place ... Was third in the 800 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Caltech wtih a 1:57.61 ... Added fourth-place finishes in the first SCIAC Multi-Dual (1500), the second SCIAC Multi-Dual (5000) and the third SCIAC Multi-Dual (1500) ... First-Team All-SCIAC and USTFCCCA All-West Region during cross country season ... Ran in seven races for the Stags, including regionals and nationals ... Was the highest CMS finisher at the SCIAC Championships, earning fourth place in 25:01.8 to take first-team all-league honors ... Added All-West Region honors with a 25:13.0 at the regional championships in Spokane, good for 26th place.

2021-22 (First-Year)
Came in tenth place at the SCIAC Championships in the 5000 with a time of 15:05.19 ... Won the 5000 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by La Verne, in 15:20.94 ... Had his fastest time of 14:48.36 at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 12 ... Came in third place in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual at CMS with a time of 3:57.49 ... Followed that up with his PR the following week at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 3:55.47 ... Competed in five races for the CMS cross country team ... Earned a 10th place finish at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 25:27.6 ... Came in 28th out of over 140 runners at the SCIAC Championships ... Had a personal best time of 25:06.8 at the UC Riverside Invitational. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Foothill Technology High School in Ventura, California, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished 16th in the CIF state championships as a junior with a time of 15:52.4 over 5000 meters ... Earned top 10 finishes in 10 races, including five second-place finishes ... Came in seventh in the CIF Southern Section Championships to help Foothill Technology to the team championship ... Won all three of the 3200 meter races he entered during 2021 track and field season as a senior, including the TCAA League Championships ... Earned the CIF Southern Section championship in the 3200 as a sophomore in 2019 ... Finished third at the CIF Southern Section Division 4 Finals in the 1600 as a senior with a PR of 4:22.27.

Attends Harvey Mudd ... Older brother, Henry, also attends Harvey Mudd and is a junior on the CMS cross country and track and field teams.
