On Court: 4 and 5 Star recruit on TR.net who concluded his junior career number 2 in Texas and top 50 nationally in the Class of 2020...ranked consistently top 5 in Texas throughout junior career...won Easter Bowl doubles and became a Blue Chip recruit in Boys 14s...undefeated in high school tennis and named Texas Male Player of the Year in 2018...2021-2022 made Stags Tennis debut at ITA West Regionals in October where he was 1-1 in singles, defeating Lilov of Redlands in straight sets before losing in the R16 to senior teammate Jack Katzman...paired with sophomore Philip Martin in doubles and earned a No. 8 seed, then won four matches including a semifinal win over teammates Katzman and Liu, to reach the final...had one match point before falling 2-6, 6-3, (11-9) in the championship to Pomona-Pitzer's Comadena and Kelley...then advanced to the ITA Cup in Rome, GA where they won three straight set matches to reach the final and earn ITA All-American doubles honors, before falling to Williams' Frelinghuysen and Kandel 2-6, 7-6(2), 6-3...played singles positions No. 3 through No. 6 in seven dual matches, posting a 4-3 record...highlights included the clinching victory at No. 6 against Williams on March 26, as well as two three-set wins at Nos. 3 and 4 against Westmont and Biola on successive weekends in early April...in doubles partnered Martin at No. 1 until April 16, before finishing the season with seven straight wins at No. 3 with Katzman...ended the dual match campaign with a 13-4 record...had overall records of 5-4 in singles and 20-6 in doubles, and was one of three Stags to earn ITA All-American honors...2022-2023 went 1-1 in two dual matches at Nos. 5 and 6 singles, and was 5-1 in six matches at No. 3 doubles with Chris Li...ends his Stags Tennis career with overall records of 6-5 in singles and 25-7 in doubles.
