
Several first-timers highlight Scholar All-America team selections for Stags and Athenas
NORFOLK, Va. – Last season the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps swimming & diving teams had an impressive nine individuals on the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team. This season CMS added to its number of Scholar All-Americans, and had 12 team members (eight Athenas and four Stags) selected.
Honorable mention Scholar All-Americans are students that registered a grade point average of 3.50 and achieved a "B" time standard or competed at a regional or zone qualifying meet during the academic year. Scholar All-Americans are students that achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and participated in the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships during the academic year.
