Vikram Chatterjee Captures SCIAC Athlete of the Week Accolades for Stags Golf

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Vikram Chatterjee was named the SCIAC Men's Golf Athlete of the Week for events through Sunday, Feb. 13, the conference office announced this afternoon.

Chatterjee was the only player in the red to take individual medalist honors at SCIAC No. 1, winning by four shots to lead CMS the team title. Chatterjee shot a 68 on the opening round with seven birdies - including the first three holes to start the day and on 17 and 18 to end it - to lead by one stroke at the midway point.

ur strokes over the field. The Stags cruised to an 18-shot win for their fifth straight win in SCIAC competitions, dating back to 2019. 

CMS will be back in action at the Las Vegas Invitational on Feb. 20-21.
