CLAREMONT, Calif. - The CMS Men's Golf Class of 2021 began their careers doing big things, taking the SCIAC title as first-years in 2018. They seemed to be on their way to even more big things as juniors, when the Stags ran away with the first regular season league tournament, before the pandemic derailed a promising season.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - For the second time this year, former Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's golfer Tain Lee qualified for a PGA Tour event this week, and for the second time he made the cut, finishing in a tie for 59th place at 1-over par over the four-round tournament, which concluded this afternoon.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Just two months after qualifying for his first PGA Tour event, former Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's golfer Tain Lee '12 earned his way into his second by qualifying for the Valero Texas Open, which will be held this week in San Antonio, beginning on Thursday morning.

LA JOLLA, Calif. - Tain Lee (CMC '12) earned his way into his first career PGA Tour event when he was a co-medalist in the qualifying round of the 2021 Farmers Insurance Open last Monday, and he made his debut count, making the cut with a -1 after two rounds and finishing in the top half of the 156-golfer field.

LA JOLLA, Calif. - Former CMS men's golfer Tain Lee qualified for his first PGA Tour event this week at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines and finished in the red in his debut round, shooting a 71 (-1) on Thursday to place in the top half of the field after the first day.
