Stags Finish Fourth At NCAA Golf Championships

Aron Larson shot a 1-under 71 to lead the Stags to a fourth place finish at the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships.  CMS shot 300 (+12) in the final round, tied for second lowest of the day, to move up from fifth place after 54 holes and take home one of the team trophies.

Larson was one of only two of the 81 players in the final round to shoot under par and he tied for the lowest score, 143 (-1), over the final 36 holes.  Tain Lee shot 76 in the final round and finished fifth in the individual competition with a score of 291 (+3).  This is the fourth straight year Lee has finished in the top eight.  Brad Shigezawa shot 74 in the final round and finished tied for ninth overall with a score of 295 (+7).  Larson tied for 36th overall with a score of 302 (+14).  Philip North shot 79 and 316 and Jordan Stein shot 81 and 323.
