CMS-Caltech Friday Baseball Game Canceled

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Friday's baseball game between CMS and Caltech scheduled for Friday afternoon at Arce Field has been canceled due to COVID protocols within the Caltech program, although the Saturday doubleheader between the two teams remains on as scheduled.

The game will officially be declared a no contest for NCAA purposes, but CMS will be awarded the win in the SCIAC standings and move to 6-7 in league play on the year. 

The CMS at Caltech doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, while the Stags will next be at home next Saturday for an 11 a.m. doubleheader with Cal Lutheran.
