2019 season (Junior)
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned first-team All-SCIAC honors with a tenth-place finish at the league championships, finishing in 22:49.0 and helping CMS to its tenth league championship in a row ... Followed that up with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA West Regionals in 23:00.1 to earn all-region distinction and help CMS to another first-place finish ... Part of the seven-runner CMS contingent that traveled to the NCAA Championships, where she finished 191st in 23:27.0 ... Had top-20 finishes in the regular season at the UC San Diego Triton Classic (10th) and the Masters Invitational (18th). 

2018 season (Sophomore)
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned an eighth-place finish at the SCIAC Championships in 24:03.4, capturing first-team all-league honors and helping the Athenas to the conference title ... Was 13th at the NCAA West Regionals in 22:47.6 ... Traveled to the NCAA Championships, where she was 197th in 23:13.9 ... Finished fourth at the Cougar Challenge hosted by CSU San Marcos in 22:33.4 ... Was 14th at the Biola Invitational and 22nd with a PR in the 5K of 18:28.8 at the Coyote Challenge ... In the spring, competed in the 10,000 at the SCIAC Championships and came in sixth place to earn three points for the Athenas (in a meet they won by three), finishing in 39:12.57.

2017 season (First-Year)
Second-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Came in 14th place at the SCIAC Championships in 24:10.5 to earn second-team all-league honors ... Finished 31st at the NCAA West Regionals to come in under the cut (top 35) for All-West Region honors ... Earned a spot on the CMS seven-runner contingent for the NCAA Championships, where she came in 256th with a time of 23:41.3 ... Had four top-25 finishes in the regular season, including 18th in her college debut at the Biola Invitational ... Also was 12th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, 19th at the SCIAC Multi-Duals and 24th at the Coyote Challenge.

Prior to CMS
Attended Lake Oswego High School in Oregon, where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Was 39th at the Oregon State Championships in 19:44.0 ... Also was seventh at her league championships ... Won two regular season tri-meets as a senior among her seven top-10 finishes. 

Personal
Attends Scripps College, where she majors in biology ... Also runs for the track and field team in the spring.
