SCIAC All-Academic Team

2022-23 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in the 5000 meters in three meets ... Finished third at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Caltech, and fourth at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Occidental ... In between, set a new PR at the Occidental Distance Carnival with an 18:56.59 ... Ran in five races during cross country season in the fall ... Came in 28th place at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:40.8.

2021-22 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished in 18th place in the 5000 at the SCIAC Track and Field Championships with a 19:56.51 ... Had a PR in the second SCIAC Multi-Dual at CMS, when she finished ninth in the 5000 with a 19:54.19 ... Competed in four races for the CMS cross country team ... Earned 62nd place at the SCIAC Championships in 25:15.5 ... Finished 23rd in the Open Division of the Mark Covert Classic in her first career race ... Had a 5K personal best of 19:46.2 at the UC Riverside Invitational. 

2020-21 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Athenas did not compete due to COVID-19.  

Prior to CMS
Attended New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois, where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished in third place at the 2019 Central Suburban League Cross Country Championships as a senior, helping New Trier to the league title. 

Personal
Attends Scripps College, where she majors in neuroscience.
