Competed in five races for the Stags ... Had a PR for an 8K with a 25:28.4 at The Master's Invitational, edging his 25:29.1 he set one week earlier at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Moved into 50th all-time at CMS with his 25:58.4 ... Finished 25th at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:04.2 ... Was 30th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 26:11.5. 

2022-23 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in five races ... Earned a top-50 finish (42nd out of 115) at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 26:49.3 ... Had a PR for an 8K race at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:42.7, finishing 27th ... Began the year with a 23rd place finish at the Redlands Invitational, finishing the 6K race in 19:43.0. 

2021-22 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in five events for the CMS cross country team in the fall ... Had a PR of 26:55.6 in the 8K at the UC Riverside Invitational to finish 52nd ... Finished 74th at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 27:31.3 ... Had a 16th place finish in the Open Division of the Mark Covert Classic in his first career race. 

Prior to CMS
Attended De La Salle High School in Concord, California, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Part of a CIF North Coast Section Cross Country Championship team at De La Salle as a junior in 2019 ... Finished 46th out of 147 runners at sectionals ... Team finished ninth at the state championships ... Won the 3200 meters at the De La Salle Super 7 Invitational during track and field season as a senior in 2021.
