Competed in five races for the cross country team in the fall ... Earned a 33rd-place finish out of over 140 runners at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:02.9 ... Had a PR in an 8K of 25:42.6 at the Cougar Challenge, hosted by CSU San Marcos ... Debuted with a third-place finish in the Open Division of the Mark Covert Classic hosted by CSU Fullerton ... Came in 23rd at the UC Riverside Invitational in 25:54.9. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Los Altos High School, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Won his semifinal race in the 3200 and came in sixth in the finals at the CIF Central Coast Section Track and Field Championships as a junior in 2019 ... Came in first place in three regular season meets in the 1600 meters, and in both 1600 meets as a senior before the season was halted due to the pandemic ... Earned the individual SCVAL Cross Country Championship as a senior with a time of 15:47.2 over the 2.95-mile race ... Also had a second-place finish in the Central Coast Section Cross Country Championships in 15:23.1, setting a new PR ... Came in 21st place out of 178 runners at the CIF State Championships.
