Bio

Evan grew up outside of Philadelphia and attended Lower Merion High School the high school of recently retired Professional Hoops player Kobe Bryant attended.  The Hassman family moved recently and now lives outside of Dallas with his parents and three younger sisters.  He plans on majoring in either Engineering or Computer Science while at Harvey Mudd.

This summer, Evan worked as a lifeguard at his local pool as well as tested geosynthetics for companies around the world.  Due to his family’s recent move, he spent the summer constantly moving from couch to couch at his friend’s houses.

This cross country season he hopes to continue to improve and stay healthy, which is much easier said than done.
