SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in four meets in a shortened sophomore season ... Was third in the mile at the season-opening OIDFE Meet hosted by CMS with a 4:54.21 ... Part of the second-place finishing distance medley relay at the Rossi Relays ... Had a PR In the 1500 in his last event at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 9, finishing in 4:25.68. 

2022-23 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in six meets during track and field season, including running the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships ... Had his best 5000 time in the first SCIAC Multi-Dual, when he clocked a 15:38.56 to come in eighth place ... Was ninth in the 1500 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Ran in five races for the Stags in his first cross country season.

Prior to CMS
Attended Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Had a PR of 15:50.0 in a three-mile race a the Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational ... Had a high finish of fifth at the third WCAL meet on Nov 3 ... Earned a top 100 finish at the CIF State Championships ... In track season, finished third in the WCAL Championships in the 3200 meters ... Came in first in the 1600 meters in a dual with Archbishop Mitty with a PR of 4:27.28.
