Entering his first season as a member of the CMS men's track and field team, where he will compete in the throws ... Played for the CMS football team in the fall, where he was a defensive lineman. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, Washington, where he competed on the track and field and football teams ... Had a PR of 49'7.25" in the shot put to finish second in the South Sound Conference Championships, before finishing 11th at the state championships ... Had a PR of 113'2" in the discus ... Helped lead the football team to three bids to state championships and two league titles ... Earned 1st team all league honors twice and 2nd team all area ... Valedictorian.
