2023-24 (Junior) - Cross Country
USTFCCCA All-Region ... Had a breakthrough season for the Stags, finishing the year as the team's second finisher at both the NCAA Regionals and the NCAA Championships ... Was 17th at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 25:05.8, earning all-region distinction ... Ran almost a minute faster in the NCAA Regionals than he did two weeks earlier on the same course ... Finished 69th at the NCAA Division III Championships with a 25:30.6 ... Set a PR for an 8K race with a 24:51.7 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Finished in 49th at the NCAA DIII Pre-Nationals with a 25:47.3, knocking 17 seconds off that time on the same course at the NCAA Championships ... Had top-30 finishes at the Mark Covert Classic at CSU Fullerton (29th) and The Master's University Invitational (22nd). 

2022-23 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in four meets during track and field season after missing cross country due to injury ... Broke 15 minutes in the 5000 in his final meet, crossing in 14:57.29 at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 11 ... Came in fourth in the 5000 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual. 

2021-22 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in one race during track and field season before shutting down, coming in 12th in the mile at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distance Challenge Meet on Jan. 29 with a 4:38.05 ... Debuted at the SCIAC Cross Country Championships, and earned an impressive top-50 finish in his first race (45th) ... Finished in 26:40.5 to place in the top half of the field. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field programs ... Also volunteered at a soup kitchen and taught kids sports a the Boys and Girls Club.
