2018-19 (Senior) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team … Earned a tenth-place finish in the 10000 at the 2019 SCIAC Championships as a senior with a 33:04.28 ... Finished third in the 5000 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 16:05.37 and fourth at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 16:09.85.

2017-18 (Junior) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Came in ninth in the 10000 meters at the 2018 SCIAC Championships with a PR of 32:35.21 ... Had a PR in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual meet with a 4:14.18 ... Ran a 15:35.05 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual for a PR, placing seventh.

2016-17 (Sophomore) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in both the steeplechase and the 5000 at SCIAC Championships, finishing 11th in the steeple (10:22.43) and 14th in the 5000 (15:48.28) ... Earned a second-place finish in the steeple at the final SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 10:05.71 ... Won the steeple at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual in 10:27.45.

2015-16 (First-Year) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Set a PR in the steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships, finishing seventh with a 10:05.55 ... Finished fifth in the steeple in all three SCIAC Multi-Dual meets.

Attends Claremont McKenna, where he majors in philosophy, politics and economics ... Also ran for the cross country team in the fall.
