On Court: Played #1 singles for four-time state champion Punahou team...two-time state singles champ, 1st team all ILH, and 2005 Player of the Year...ranked #2 in boys 18's in Hawaii and #110 nationally...as a freshman made his debut for the Stags at the ITA West Regionals and reached the quarterfinals before losing in three sets to teammate Larry Wang...teamed with Mike Starr to reach the QF of the doubles before losing to eventual ITA National champs Ellison and Oehm...was 20-8 overall in singles and 11-4 in doubles with four different partners...earned numerous accolades including 1st Team All-SCIAC, ITA West Region Player To Watch, and ITA Scholar-Athlete (for GPA of 3.5 and higher)...as a sophomore won the ITA West Regional singles title as the fifth seed, earning him ITA All-American honors...advanced to the ITA Small College Nationals in Mobile, AL where he finished fourth...ranked fourth nationally in Div III singles at end of fall season...returned in the spring to play at singles positions 1-3 and finished the season with a 14-10 record...won last two matches at #3 singles against Redlands and Santa Cruz in important 5-4 team wins...partnered Brockett, Wu, Wiener, and Starr to go 11-7 in doubles...as a junior reached the quarterfinals of the ITA West Regionals as an unseeded player, losing to tournament champ Max Liberty-Point from UCSC...played doubles with Ben Wiener and reached the semifinals as an unseeded team with wins over the #7 and #4 seeded teams...ranked #12 in singles and #9 in doubles in the west at the conclusion of the fall season...played #3 singles in the spring and finished with a 22-5 record - the highest winning percentage among starters, and eighth best in Stags Tennis history...played #3 doubles with Erani and Keiffer to start the spring before playing the last seven matches at #1 with Wang, finishing with a 9-5 overall record...named 2nd Team All-SCIAC...earned year-end national rankings of #45 in singles and #19 in doubles (with Wang), while finishing #12 and #6 in singles and doubles respectively in the west region...as a senior named captain of the 2010 Stags...had another strong outing at ITA Fall Regionals by advancing to the semis of singles and semis of doubles (with Keiffer)...pre-season rank of 8th in singles and 7th in doubles in the West...played #2 singles in the spring, earning his second straight 20-win season in singles, and third of his career as a Stag...finished 20-7 in singles, which earned him 1st Team All-SCIAC and ITA All-American honors, both for the second time in his career...year-end ranking of 18th nationally and 6th in the West...winner of the prestigious ITA West Region Senior Player of the Year award...won his last four singles matches at #2 in the NCAA Team tournament without losing a set, including the clincher in his last dual match as a Stag...in doubles, partnered both Thomas Keiffer at the #1 and #2 positions, and Russell Brockett at the #2 and #3 positions...his 18-11 doubles record for the season was his best ever and included four of five wins at the NCAA Team tournament with Brockett...earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for the fourth consecutive year...Lim's career will be remembered for his clutch wins in singles and doubles when his team needed him most...76-30 career singles record, places him 10th in Stags Tennis history for matches won, 17th for  winning percentage (.717), and 20th for matches played...49-27 career doubles record.
