On Court: Played No. 1 singles for high school team in 9th and 10th grade, qualifying for the Washington State Championships in each year...ranked top 100 nationally in Boys 16s and top 250 in Boys 18s, competing in all of the major national junior tournaments: Clay Courts, Winters, and Hard Courts (Kalamazoo)...also represented the Pacific NorthWest in the Battle of the Sections national team tournament in both 2022 and 2023.

Personal: Only son of Amrish and Arti Kumar...big fan of lefty tennis players Rafael Nadal and Rod Laver...has competed at the regional level in cricket, soccer, and squash...loves to create and showcase his art...enjoys hiking and kayaking...a fervent Manchester United fan.
