On Court: First Oregon player ever to win four 6A high school singles titles...ranked as high as #35 on National Recruiting List, and ranked number 1 in every age group in the Pacific Northwest throughout his junior tennis career...also represented Pacific Northwest section in national and intersectional team play in every age group...four and five-star recruit on tennisrecruiting.net...made his Stags debut as a freshman at the ITA West Regionals, reaching the Round of 16 in singles and losing to eventual champion Nick Ballou from Cal Lutheran...teamed up with Mac Cahill in doubles, where the duo went 1-1...earned fall singles ranking of #25 in the West...won first two dual matches of the spring at #6 and #4 en route to a 14-4 dual match record overall...won eight straight matches over a two week period from March 11 through March 26, including the match-clinching victory at #6 against eventual NCAA champions Amherst...started the spring at the #3 doubles slot with senior Russell Brockett, then switched to partner senior captain Ronald Wu at Pacific Coast Doubles...the duo stayed together to go 17-8 for the remainder of the season, including a run to the NCAA doubles final...finished 2011 with records of 16-6 in singles and 22-10 in doubles, and became only the fourth CMS freshman since 2005 to earn ITA All-American honors... as a sophomore went 2-2 in singles at the USTA / ITA West Regionals, with three of his four matches going three sets...partnered fellow Portland teammate Brandon Wei in doubles...the duo earned the #1 seed, losing in the quarters to eventual champs Ballou and Worley from Cal Lutheran...Pereverzin and Wei earned a #6 ranking in the west for fall of 2011...saw limited singles action in the spring, playing in five dual matches at the #3 through #6 positions...went 3-2 in singles duals to contribute to a 5-4 overall singles record...began the spring with Erani at #2 doubles spot, but also saw action with Wei, Chien and Lane...went 4-5 in doubles duals and 7-7 overall...this season went 0-2 in singles and 2-1 in doubles (with Kotrappa) at the USTA / ITA West Regionals in October.
