CMS Well Represented In Rankings

The men's and women's tennis teams are both ranked fourth in the latest ITA Division III National Rankings [announced March 15]. Larry Wang (SO, Orange) is ranked fifth in national men's singles and David Oehm (SR, Menlo Park)/William Ellison (SR, Shaker Heights, OH) are ranked second in national men's doubles. The women's national rankings for singles and doubles are not released until May 29. The next rankings will be released on April 16.

The women are ranked first in the West Region while the men are ranked second. In the men's regional singles rankings, Wang is third, Ellison is fifth, Eric Chow (SR, Sunnyvale) is 11th and Mikey Lim (FR, Honolulu, HI) is 15th. In the women's regional singles rankings, Jessica Nagasako (SR, Lahaina, HI) is fourth, Yassie Entekhabi (JR, Agoura) is seventh and Lisa Steckmest (JR, Pacific Palisades) is 18th. In the men's regional doubles rankings, Oehm/Ellison are first and Guillaume Schils (SO, Shaker Heights, OH)/Wang are sixth. In the women's regional doubles rankings, Lisa Hammond (JR, Mercer Island, WA)/Steckmest are second and Nagasako/Entekhabi are ninth.
