CMS Stops Occidental 7-0

The #6 ranked CMS Stags defeated Occidental College Wednesday night 7-0 at the CMS Courts. The Stags did not drop a set to keep their SCIAC record a perfect 3-0. Overall the Stags moved to 4-4. CMS travels to St. Peter, Minnesota for three matches this weekend(February 25-27) as part of the ITA National Indoors, featuring eight of the top ten ranked teams in Division III. CMS is the #4 seed and opens play against #5 seed and tournament host Gustavus Adolphus College this Friday at 5:00 PM CST. The Stags will play the winner or loser of the Emory (seeded #1) vs. Washington & Lee (seeded #8) on Saturday. The tournament will be played out to determine Champion through 8th place.
