Career accomplishments: participated in NAIA National Championship Tournaments (1971, 1972, 1973), NAIA District III third place (1971) and second place (1972), third-team All-California (1973), SCIAC champion (1971, 1972, 1973), SCIAC Outstanding Wrestler (1972), Caltech Tournament champion (1971, 1972, 1973), Caltech Tournament MVP (1973), Biola Tournament champion (1971, 1972, 1973), Team MVP (1971, 1972, 1973), three-year letterman and Team Captain (1971, 1972, 1973).
