On Court: 4-star recruit on tennisrecruiting.net... Ranked top 10 in NorCal B16s and top 150  nationally...Played #1 for Davis High School all 4 years and captain for last 3 years... Won the section team title three times, runner-up the other...Won the section individual tournament once and was runner-up twice...Davis HS team Most Valuable Player for three years... Favorite junior tournament was Kalamazoo...as a freshman lost opening singles match at USTA / ITA West Regionals, then won five straight matches without losing a set to take the consolation title and earn a 5-1 fall singles record...partnered fellow frosh Max Macey in the doubles, winning two of four matches...had impressive spring dual match debut, winning in straight sets at the #5 singles position on Feb 20 against Vanguard...won eight straight dual matches through April 21st without losing a set...first singles loss came in 2nd round of Ojai to Yasgoor of Pomona-Pitzer...got the call to play #6 in the NCAA Championship match, losing a tough two-setter to Amherst senior Justin Reindel...saw limited doubles action, partnering Macey, Mehall, and Shankar in six total matches...completed 2014 with records of 15-3 in singles and 3-3 in doubles...as a sophomore spent an active fall semester participating in several tournaments, highlighted by becoming the third consecutive Stag to claim the the ITA West Region singles title...won six matches with the loss of only one set despite being unseeded...defeating 3rd seeded Cardenas of Cal Lu in the quarters, top seeded teammate Wood in the semis, and 2nd seeded teammate Marino in the championship match...advanced to the ITA National Small College Championships in Sumter, SC where he finished 7th after winning one of three matches...earned fall singles rankings of #2 in the West and #6 nationally...returned in the spring to try and earn a starting spot behind five returning starters...won his first 13 matches in the spring, including 11 straight dual matches (playing at #3, #5, and #6) and two matches at Ojai before dropping his first set to teammate Skyler Butts in a three-set loss...stayed undefeated in dual matches for the remainder of the season without the loss of a set, including five matches at the NCAA team championships where he lost a total of 16 games at the #6 position...provided the match clinching victory at #6 in his 6-2, 6-2 win against Middlebury's Kyle Schlanger to give CMS it's first NCAA title in 34 years...his 27-3 overall singles record was good for 11th best ever in program history for single season wins, and 5th best ever for single season winning percentage (.900)...one of four Stags to earn ITA All-American honors in singles...also earned 2nd Team All-SCIAC honors...went 17-6 in doubles with five partners (Marino, Dorn, Mehall, Yeh and Brenner), playing his last 12 matches of the season with Marino at the #3 spot...he and Marino earned a dramatic 9-7 win in the NCAA team championship match against Middlebury, coming back from 7-3 and three breaks down to secure the sweep for the Stags...as a junior had another strong October, falling one match short of defending his ITA West Regional singles title of 2014...advanced to the singles and doubles final, defeating teammate Julian Gordy in three sets in the quarters, and Jake Yasgoor of Pomona-Pitzer in three sets in the semis, before losing to teammate and doubles partner Skyler Butts in the title match...he and Butts lost in a rare indoor doubles final to Santa Cruz's Richter and Sirovica...had fall match records of 5-1 in singles and 4-1 in doubles and rankings of #12 nationally and #5 regionally in singles, and #15 nationally and #4 regionally in doubles...Hull returned in the spring to play at #2 singles and #3 doubles (with Yeh)...after a streaky start to dual match play where he won his first four then lost his next four, Hull settled down to win seven of his next eight and then reached the semis of the Ojai D3 singles event, where he lost in three sets to teammate Daniel Morkovine...after Ojai, Hull didn't lose another set at #2 singles until the NCAA team quarters...an an NCAA singles qualifier, Hull fell in three sets to #3 seed Rafe Mosetick in the opening round...in doubles, Hull partnered Butts, Mehall, Macey and Yeh for an impressive 18-9 dual match record, including six of his last seven...earned 1st Team All-SCIAC honors and ended 2016 with overall records of 23-11 in singles and 24-12 in doubles...appointed co-captain for the 2017 Stags with teammate Daniel Morkovine.

Personal: Born Mach 17, 1995... Son of Greg and Kelly Hull...grew up in Davis, CA...started playing tennis at age 8 after refusing to learn golf... likes to watch basketball, favorite team is the Lakers... loves to fish for salmon and steelhead during the winter and spend time outdoors... Other hobbies include travelling, being with friends and family, and visiting national parks .
