On Court: 4-star recruit on TR.net who ranked as high as #127 in his class as a senior...starter all four years at San Clemente High School...won league all four years as a team and won league individuals junior year...made it to the CIF finals junior year as well...as a freshman made collegiate tennis debut at ITA West Regionals where he won one of two singles matches...teamed with freshman Matthew Jacobs and the pair reached the quarterfinals after upsetting 3rd seeds and NCAA qualifiers Bello and Simonides of Pomona-Pitzer in the second round...was named to the opening day starting lineup on Feb 25 versus both Bates and Brandies, playing No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles with Glenn Hull...had great success in the spring in singles, winning all seven dual matches he appeared in...partnered Hull, Williams, Parodi, and Jacobs in doubles, going 9-8 in spring doubles duals at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions...completed first season with overall records of 8-1 in singles and 12-10 in doubles...this season played in only one singles match at ITA West Regional but expected to be at full strength for spring dual season.
