There was plenty of scoring to go around for the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's basketball team (13-1, 6-0) on Saturday evening as CMS won 86-71 against Cal Lutheran (11-5, 4-3) for its seventh straight victory.
Regals give Athenas second SCIAC loss

For just the second time in SCIAC play this season, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women’s basketball team ended up with the lower score, losing to Cal Lutheran 68-59. The Athenas (10-7, 6-2) were out-matched by the Regals (10-6, 6-1) in a battle for the leader of the conference.

Amidst the cold weather and rain on Thursday evening, the No. 21 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men’s basketball team (12-1, 5-0) made sure Chapman University’s offense never heated up, shutting them down in a 62-44 victory.
