Bio

Phil Cardona has been with the CMS recreation staff since 2017, serving as the recreational and membership services administator. 

At CMS, Cardona is responsible for managing the recreational facilities and supervising a student staff of 10 direct reports and 40 indirect reports. He has organized health and wellness annual 5K events, and assisting in the planning, organizing and managing of gameday operations. 

In his role, Cardona has also recorded health and wellness podcats to enhance student engagement, speaking on topics which include the importance of sleep, health challenges, and exercising for stress management. 

In addition to his role at CMS, Cardona has also been an attractions cast member at Disneyland Resort since 2015.
