Bio

Rachel Mow is a junior chemistry major at Harvey Mudd College. Her 6K PR is 22:51 and her 5K PR is 18:16. Rachel spent the summer doing research at Colorado School of Mines where she obtained the nickname “Firehands” for her blatant disregard for her own safety and spent most of her runs getting her soul ripped out by hills and convinced that she was going to get eaten by a rattlesnake. Fun fact: Rachel’s parents called her the Missing Link when she was young because she did not have a neck. But no worries, she has a neck now. Rachel also loves peanut butter, goats, and any horrifyingly ugly animal.
