Bio

A proud founding member of Easy Company, Dan McCabe is a junior at HMC from the lovely town of Orange, Connecticut. After taking track season off this past spring, he is excited to get back to suffering through early morning workouts with his best friends. This season, he aims to crush his PR in the 8K, make sure no one forgets that he won the team fantasy football league last year, and convince the friends he’s living with to name their suite “Suite Potato.”

In high school at Hopkins School in New Haven, CT, Dan participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field, and baseball, but most importantly was captain of the Science Olympiad squad, an honor which catapulted his social status to levels unreached by any human since Dan himself won the state chess championship in elementary school. He holds personal bests of 9:27.21 for 3000m, 16:11.48 for 5000m, a paltry 28:28 for the cross country 8K, and 231 in Flappy Bird.
