Amanda Han is from Manhattan Beach, California, a cute beach town that taught her to love the ocean. She started her high school career Not running. In fact, she was on the tennis team. Eventually, she moved on to track in the spring season and then she never looked back. Amanda has been to the State Meet in Fresno twice, her sophomore and senior years, where her school was ninth in the state. Amanda realized her dream of running in college when she thought about the freshman fifteen and how much she did not want to follow that trend (and the fact that she loves to run).

Amanda enjoys free fruit samples and sleeping through her alarm. She can’t wait to see what her team will be able to accomplish this season!
