Athenas Fall In Home Opener To Strong Hawaii Squad
CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's water polo team lost 21-5 to the University of Hawaii Warriors on February 21, 2013 at Axelrood Pool. CMS has now lost four in a row and with tonight's loss the team is 1-7 overall.
CMS was led by Candace
Filippelli who had two goals and four assists.
Alex
Toohey added two goals for the Athenas. Hawaii was led
by Monika Eggens who had five goals and one
assist.
The next CMS game is on the road vs. Redlands on February 23,
2013 at 11:00 a.m.
