COSTA MESA, Calif. - Jessie Kong and Esther Lee tied for the low round of the day, each shooting a 72, as the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team took first place at the Chapman Quad, which also included the host Panthers, Occidental and La Verne, on Sunday at Costa Mesa Golf Club.
VENTURA, Calif. - Stella Cheng of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team shot in the red for the second day in a row to finish -6 and take first place at the California State Intercollegiate Tournament on Tuesday, while the Athenas finished in second place in the team standings at Olivas Links Golf Club.
CLAREMONT, Calif. – Claremont-Mudd-Scripps announced today it received a Tara VanDerveer Fund for the Advancement of Women in Coaching grant from the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF). Grants were awarded to institutions to support collegiate women coaches on the rise, assisting with living expenses, professional development and mentorship. CMS is one of 10 athletic departments to receive the grants, which are designated for women coaching fellows in a wide variety of women’s sports.

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Buoyed by the second-highest point total in the nation during the spring season, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps athletic department earned another top-10 finish (tenth) in the final Learfield Directors' Cup standings for the 2022-23 academic year, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) announced today.
