Seven Athenas earn softball All-SCIAC honors
PASADENA, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps softball team landed the most players on the All-SCIAC teams including both Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Sophomore shortstop Tara Robinson was named as the conference's Player of the Year as freshman Kaylilani Minami earned the Rookie of the Year award. First Team honors went to junior pitcher Hayley Schultz and sophomore first baseman Katie Savard. Sophomore outfielder Janelle Shiozaki, sophomore second baseman Brooklyn Robinson, and senior catcher Morgan Beltz earned Second Team honors.
