CMS Men's Tennis Announces The Signing of Kemuel Ke to National Letter of Intent

CLAREMONT, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's tennis team announced the signing of a new member to the roster to help during the stretch run of the 2024 season, adding Kemuel Ke as the program's tenth player.

Ke has previously been a member of Team IMPACT, and his presence is expected to provide an immediate boost to the top-ranked Stags in their pursuit of a national championship.

Ke's contributions will be significant off the court, in particular, as many collegiate athletic programs in the area were interested in signing him, for the positive impact that he can provide, and the Stags were very fortunate to come away the winners in his recruiting battle.

Team captain Ian Freer was closely involved in the recruiting process, and he was excited to see Ke make his signing official on Friday at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center.

"Based on the practice today, and all the time we've spent with you," Freer told Ke at the ceremony, "we think that you are going to be an unbelievable teammate for us. We're going to get so much better together, and we're going to have so much fun. So excited to have you be a member of the Stags, and looking forward to all the fun times ahead."
