Latest Golfstat rankings have Stags fifth nationally, first in the West
CLAREMONT, Calif. – In the latest Golfstat top-25 rankings released on Oct. 14, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's golf team is ranked fifth in Division III and first in the West Region. The Stags have posted the third-lowest team scoring average in the nation through two fall tournaments (72.90), less than one stroke over par.
In two fall tournaments, the Stags finished in first (Cal State Intercollegiate) and second (Embry-Riddle Invite). The first competition of the spring season for CMS is on Feb. 6-7, the SCIAC #1 Tournament at Redlands Country Club.
